Why not put a piece of plastic wrap on top of the bottle, under the cap?
You could screw the cap over the plastic wrap!

That doesn't quite work as well as you'd think. (It also increases bottling labor... cutting the plastic wrap into squares, carefully placing caps, etc.)

Hey Deej, I'm getting close to a point where I'm going to need to order new clear DCCs. But i have a little bit of time to plan ahead and all things being equal, I'd prefer to order them from you. I know you said that it would be difficult to get a big order together, but I'd be willing to pre-order if that would help you get them back in stock Wonder if that would work for anyone else....
