And yes it is our darling daughter Amy the one peaking out the back with the HUGE bun on her head, saying "I feel shame." You can see it in her little eyes, she looks like she might be ashamed of her elders, but really it's her,. You know what they say about shoving hormones in pigs using rectal suppositories I would imagine.

I'm sorry I know these are the mysterious questions I get when I post what I post. I'm sorry I don't know the answers either, but I will say that stomach is NOT a recessive gene. Heh.

Do you ever go camping and see a household with like 2 fat parents (really obese) and their younger children running around happy and with healthy BMIs and as the kids get older well their youthful ability to withstand a poor diet vanishes and they also get super fat.

It's not even the aesthetic fat that I mind, I'm not hard headed about it. But you are SO much at higher risk of cardiac issues and heart disease.

I'm sort of lucky, my family was not born in America and we never experienced the golden arches so to speak until we were pretty old. My mom made me eat my vegetables and my dad would make a salad at dinner and we would eat it as a first course.

You'd be shocked at what increasing fruits and veggies in your diet can do. Don't get me wrong I eat chocolate EVERY single day. Dark at the moment, as it's supposedly high in iron. I just don't eat very MUCH of it, and well, normally I exercise that needs to happen TODAY.

Ooh also got to approve my last "real" paycheck. Man things are gonna get hairy.

Oh well I have vape for LIfe, so that's excellent, I suppose.

He looks like he's ready for a good embalming in that photo, not ready to run against Trump. I really really really hope he picks the great Hillary for his running mate, I'd imagine even the dems like couldn't tolerate that. I could be wrong, I seem to be the main and only person who sees Satan in her gaze.. My sister was like "Take it easy on the benefits you EARNED." And don't vote for Trump he would take them ALL."

I kind of wanted to respond "You know, if there was more of an economy, which would be lovely I would have more CHOICES, that is also a THING. I don't intend to sit on my benefits gazing into space, I have to get moving but yes, at a rational pace."

I didn't. It's this weird thing people do nowadays. They help you, they love on you and they TRULY do, but every last email is followed by a short blurb about Trump needing ALL the freaking smart bombs aimed at him and fired.

I have learned to ignore the "my statement for democracy" statements. Responding gets you nowhere fast. LOL my dad has yet to reinitiate contact after I told him he was an UNINFORMED twit and said, "You say it should be so EASY to protect the first amendment while getting the guns away from the "crazies" and I emailed back, "Dad, I am such a crazy and I try my best to HELP people. Mass shootings are not a mental health issue; they are actually sociological and ideological concern. People break down, people feel SO STRONGLY about how their views are not heard or responded to (and often they are not) they lose their cookies and go of. It's an act of desperation like 9-11, people willing to give up life to prove a point, and it is almost IMPOSSIBLY hard to track and predict." I then also informed him that as far as mass shootings go the FBI definition is like 4 or more "targets" with more than one person but only one gun needed so every inner city drive by technically counted, and the USA was NUMBER SIX on the list.

I then said if he thought it was so simple, he should respond with his PLAN for that and like, get back to me so I could tweet it Trump's way. LOL. This was after like 10 emails where like, I begged him DO NOT MENTION politics to me PLEASE. I just want to hear how your garden is going and how much wine you allow yourself to drink. Dude. Please. All you get is MSNBC I know you think it's a war zone here but it's really not. I also pointed out Serial Killers still exist and the FBI is still fighting them quietly because the media hype was over.

It was too much for his aged brain. But really DO NOT SHOVE YOUR POLITICS IN MY FACE PERPETUALLY when I have BEGGED you to repeatedly.

He sent the "I excommunicate you!!!" email. I just responded, "Dad, that's fine. In fact I empathize, because for a long time I couldn't really tolerate you and the drinking. So, I understand completely and take your time. I suppose my email could have been construed as tactless but if there is ONE thing I believe, we are ALL entitled to our beliefs and we are also entitled (past a certain point) to just GIVE IT UP on the attempting to engage in dialogue, especially after the other person repeatedly says, "I don't believe the way you do, please can we talk about happy things. I truly need them." I finished it up, saying "none of us are in our youth. So, if we do not talk again, let me take this opportunity to say I have not always agreed with you, but I want to thank you for being there, as my dad, and although I don't often agree with you, I will always love you, as my parent so thank you for some values you instilled in me and stuff. Love to your trophy wife too, she seems to genuinely make you happy and you deserve it."

I kind of bet he hated it because I was sincerely loving and understanding. There's nothing worse than that kind of response from a "excommunication" email but whatever that is what he got.

I could wish he died of COVID or his beloved drunken spouse.; But I don't. I don't care. I just wish them both happiness at this point. He can call me now or email me later, we will hash it out in heaven if I get there.

Anna-- sometimes can be mature. LOL.
