I am super MAD today the husband keeps talking about steroid detox. My doc called and was like "I heard you were in the hospital." (I don't get how people "Hear" these things, WTF. But in any case, like, he was FINE with my taking 3 Ambien a night.)
My husband was like, "C'mon honey he knows you by now. He'd probably marry you if he was not married."
I was like, "Yeah, maybe, but only to get me OFF his patient panel." That's probably why he was fine with it, I should like get him to give me as many benzos as I can get away with like, because I WILL NEED THEM.
I don't feel the psych doc is romantically inclined in my direction at ALL. The only time we ever talked you know adult matters, I was explaining discovering the husband's super weird cheating attempts and he told me "Some men treat their mistresses better than their wives."
I was like "NO I am discussing this with you to get MEDICATED to get through it because SOMEONE has to work, I am not seeking your therapy advice."
He was like, "You could get a black WIG....."
I was like, "YOU BETTER SHUT UP.!!!!"
He couldn't he finished with :"He could call you SALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
At which point I started crying hysterically and reminded him he was not my THERAPIST for a reason and I could and WAS getting better ADVICE than his, and THEN he talked meds, but I sobbed the whole time.
Thank God for his secretary she saw my demeanor on exit. She listened, non judgmentally to the tale and said, "IT sounds like they are BOTH BEING TOTAL As
es! Laxative therapy can work, I think."It was the best advice I got, I thought about it often but I did not implement it. I thought about it in my darker moments. I nearly asked the secretary if she would do it for me but it seemed unfair.

@ENAUD I was not offended at all, I thought it was funny. LOL my period times tend more to RAGE than incapability honestly. I really have to keep track with a calendar and if someone emails me, say, on the wrong day, I might have to wait five days to respond, etc.

You make me want to find my worst one. I would not know where to start. Work, probably but I think they "own" those maybe not the drafts I don't think.
My most hypocritical email of all was when an IT guy thought he hung up, did not hang up, and then said to a coworker, "I can't FUing deal with her sh and taking to her anymore. Man, I am just going to fu leave it sit.
I emailed:: Drear So and so,
I debated sending this email but since you are IT and perhaps this is a chronic problem you should know, you DID not hang up on me, and I heard your epithets and cursing. I was appalled! (I was not I was amused/admiring if anything) at the type of language I heard. I also feel that if you are leaving my tasks undone because you can't "censored with my censored" I really need his task completed, so if you have any directions on how I can annoy you less, I would love to hear them. IT tasks should be completed in order, not based on your liking of the person involved and I have waited quite some time a) for your call and now b) to hear what you think about my personhoood upon ending the call.
In any case, I felt I should inform you of this glitch. I also should inform you I am APPALLED at the language used after the call. If this is your typical modus operandi, I suggest you fix not only my computer but also your phone glitch as I was unaware the IT department consisted of potty mouths.

Yes. I will say, I do curse at work but I aim for the bathroom, no cameras allowed. I kind of felt bad because I liked the guy but ALSO he was being a turd. Too.
