Experiencing my first one of these today:

Certainly family members used to get them. I have not. I always felt sympathetic, but now I feel intensely remorseful for them. Can't seem to swallow enough Tylenol or Advil to make much of a dent. Sigh.

Do be careful with those. They can cause major issues; Advil with the kidneys, and Tylenol with the liver. Maybe no big deal with a couple of episodes, but if those migraines start recurring, you can probably find something safer.
