I have been working on my online ESL teaching skills all afternoon. LOL. It's a combination of stuff like this:

And yeah, basically I practiced that, and watched myself doing that, until I felt totally comfortable with mah self.
I will say, if I don't get the job, the skills are probably generalizable... somehow.
For example, the husband was laughing at my antics until I followed him around and made him repeat words and gestures back to me, he fled in horror after a bit.
So, if I become slightly less inhibited…. Actually, I'd better NOT, come to think. LOL.
