WW-II Armourers load .5 machine gun belts into a P-47 Thunderbolt.

Republic P-47 Thunderbolt - Wikipedia
One of the coolest toys I ever got to play with was aboard ship while in the Coast Guard at battle training. The Browning .50 cal on a tripod mount. Targets were 55 gallon drums charged with ether, a half mile out. I was pretty good and walked the stitch line of bullet strikes right into the barrel and sent a bunch of rounds into it, every so many rounds on the belt is a tracer round which has a hollow base and is packed with white phosphorous...didn't manage to get a tracer round to hit the barrel though, but is was a blast shooting that weapon with the brass streaming into the air and raining down all over the place on the deck plates. Them cans of ammo are heavy!

This is how I feel when I am sick (I am kind of sick and it's NOT EVEN my fault).

This is how I feel when I am sick on Theraflu, which I drank a little bit ago.

I had to get my sponsor's permission to drink Theraflu, that's how much I like it.

I would so drink more, but like, a) I have to drive back to my job and b) the husband is complaining about my "depleting his supply" (he is the one that got me sick, too). I May Need to like, grab some from the dollar store on the way home and even stop in at a gas station that has one of those tea "hot water valve" options.

Yep, there is a totally good reason I had to run Theraflu past a responsible adult who like, has a brain not attached to my issues. But yup, I'm legit. I have a fever, and I'm considering seeing a doctor. I had to use my nebulizer and that SUCKS.

It's definitely Theraflu tea time, exactly.

I used to drink it after a bout of drinking for the floaty sleepy feeling. That's not a good idea, honestly probably and I'm not recommending it for anyone but me. But, it kills a hangover, is what I'm saying.

The one time I recommended it to somebody (my little sis as it happens and she wandered in super drunk saying she didn't know what to do.) I told her to drink some Theraflu and like, 20 minutes later she threw up.

Cautionary tale. Not everyone has my constitution or my liver (also I had to stop drinking alcohol period) so like another cautionary tale. Not really Theraflu related, but well, yes, it's kind of one or the other. Sometimes none. Etc.

:lol::lol::lol::lol:

I may have to reevaluate the Theraflu situation with my sponsor. Damnit.

Okay, I'm buying some for when I get to the apartment but I am not going to drink it on the go. LOL.

As a fellow denture sufferer, those be dentures my friend.

Or, Implants, since he's loaded. But definitely stain free, even if he were NOT a smoker, his teeth ought not to look like that, no way no how.

Yeah, I stopped worrying about tobacco staining my teeth about 12 years ago and then I had to quit smoking anyway. LOL

Yeah. It always tickles me to watch the thugs in the old westerns. Look like they haven't bathed in a year, nor shaved in a week. Yet, the pearly whites could blind a feller.
