Defective Cool Carts?

So one day things are going great vapin away. Then all of a sudden my cool carts just stop working on my auto bats. not just one all of them. the WoWs work fine and the cool carts work on my manual batteries but not the autos. i made sure to tighten them down all the way thinking that it wasnt making a good connection but that didnt help. with other carts the autos kinda whistle and are really airey. Im thinking the post sunk down in the batts?!?! I want to know how to fix it but im honestly not sure what to adjust. any help?

yea i saw that but the crappy thing is youtube is blocked on the only sourse of internet i have here (deployed military) so i couldnt watch it i was hopeing someone could just kinda walk me through it.

Just try to gently pull up the center post on the battery connection of the cart. That should get them working again on those auto batts

Well Chopsuey if you can't watch me do it, then I'll be more than happy to walk you through it.

Do you have any sewing needles, safety pin, or a name tag with a needle on it by chance? The hole on auto batteries are pretty small, but if you have sewing needle simply put the pointed end in the hole just enough so you can pry it up a little bit, which will raise one side, then simple do the same on the other side to even it out.

The center post (where the hole is) is pretty pliable and you will see it rise when you pry it up. It will probably come up a 1mm or two which is plenty. You should be able to notice it when you screw on your Carto, as there should be a small gap between the Carto base and battery connector base.

I know how that goes....my step-son is over seas....been there for a few years now....HATES the base in England. Was in Afghanistan for 4 or 6 months, been to Italy, and is due back stateside in May.....He complained of the internet connections too...mostly in Afghan.....

Thanks Keela, when my son got married last year I got a grandson that is 7 and I love him dearly - but when this little gal came yesterday that looks just like her daddy my heart skipped a beat.... Believe me I will spoil them both the same..... there is just something about that tiny little baby..............can't wait until we are all together again this weekend.
