I am a longtime loyal customer. Unfortunately my brand new Itaste MVP has a problem.
While removing the clearomizer, it seems like the base got stuck on the connector. It would not come off while I twisted, then the base twisted off the clearo. It left the base stuck on the connector (and my hands covered in E-liquid). I tried to pry the clearo off and it actually popped the connector off the main body of the Itaste. After popping it back down, the unit no longer fires. The button still lights up but there is no power to the atomizer.
Have you had problems with the connector coming off the unit? I am terribly disappointed because up to this point it had been working perfectly for a week.
