I received a defective (DOA) car charger from Halo. After exchanging many messages with support over several days, the best I could get was directions to mail the device back for the Halo QC people to inspect it. The device cost $10. Is it worth my time and effort to package the thing up, address the package, drive to the post office, wait in line, pay for the postage and then wait for the crack team at Halo to determine if the unit is defective? How many people would go to that much trouble for a $10 credit that might not show-up on my Visa statement until December? Am I out of line here?
