Hello everyone,

about 4 hours ago I came back home, put one battery to charge and took second one to vipe.
Got my 15 puffs and felt dizzy for next about 2.5 hours.

Now, 4 hours later, after diner and lots of water I feel better.
I was looking for a reason why I would get dizzy right after viping, so I checked cartomizer and batteries.
One of the batteries looked different inside, like it's dirty. I cleaned it up with small peaces of paper and got some green stuff out.
After cleaning I compared two batteries and noticed that one (right) of them missing some sort of membrane...

Batteries are MANUAL from starter's kit.
Delivered to me on July 17, but using them less than 2 weeks.

Question: what I inhaled, how dangerous it can be and why it happened, ?

Probably would be stupid to run to ER...

Any ideas?

.

I would say, definately don't use that batt. I would be concerned at this point, because the batts DO contain lithium, which can be very toxic. I am not a doctor, so I can't give you a deffinitive answer. But I would tend to be very concerned with a reaction like that. I had an eGo batt die on me in a big way, and it has a nasty smell and gave me a slight headache, and that was enough to concern me. But nothing as severe as you have had. I would also seal the batt in a couple of plastic bags for safety. If you do feel you need to see a doc, be sure and bring the batts w/ you.

Definetely I'm not going to use this battery again.
Just vaped from same carto again with normal battery - everything is OK.
Taking more puffs with damaged one - I don't think so...

As long as your feeling OK, good to hear. Next step would be to talk to the vendor ASAP. Yea, and of course don't use it. lol Like i say, it would be a good idea to seal it up in a double baggie, make sure you don't come in contact with the green stuff.

Yep, feeling fine now. A bit upset stomach, but it not going to kill me.

Just sealed it in two zip-locks.
Sealed "green stuff" in another one.
Just in case.

Wrote email to V4L, will see what they gonna say tomorrow.

Not a word from V4L yet.

Anyone knows what that green stuff could be?

Hopefully it is only juice that got in there and discolored due to dis-similar metals(can easily happen, electrolosis). Hopefully it IS NOT liquid seeping from the batt. It could be your dizzyness was from metal oxidides in the juice in the batt. Hopefully that is all it is. But again, I am no doctor, I just try to be well informed.
