Defender not powering cartomizers

Hmmm one of my defenders will power my atomizers but not cartomizers. Could this be like a contact issue or is there something I can try? Dont really wanna send it back

I've had this problem. Try tightening the carto a but more.

Working it back and forth a bit sometimes "breaks in" a new defender battery. On the rare occasion there is a difficult thread that doesn't loosen up..any further problems please contact us and we'll take care of ya.

Yeah, Thanks. That was the problem. I thought I worked the threads enough, but it needed another couple torques
