YES!!! Lasted about 3 months - Im not sure if increased water take took care of it thru adjustment period or it just went away. Either way, more water is always better anyway ;)

I also had some muscle aches and read that water would take care of that too so I just got on the water big time :) PG builds up as lactic acid and if you dont drink enuff, itll bite ya!

:oops:missed this post before I posted...oooops! :D well, if ur already heavy on the water, my guess is that it will prob get better....soon I hope!:D
I've been vaping for about a month and a half, and I haven't really noticed it getting any better. I drink A LOT of water, but I was just curious if it's a common side effect

From what I read the PG and VG both attract water molecules thus sucking some out our bodies. Which is why they create vapor when we use our PV's.

Keep in mind also that winter months dehydration occurs more frequently in people because our thirst mechanism doesn't trigger as well in cold temps. And our bodies are working harder to maintain our core temperature. Add in heavier clothing to stay warm and you have a perfect storm of conditions to become dehydrated.

I read about the dehydration issue before I ordered my PV so increased my water intake as a precaution. Just make some adjustments to your fluid intake and you should be fine.

Has anyone else felt that they're more dehydrated with ecigs than with actual cigarettes? I wake up in the morning dried out as heck, and I don't recall it being this bad with cigarettes...

My sinuses and the back of my throat are dry in the AM's.. more so than they ever were with cigarettes. Maybe it will pass. I don't know. I'm willing to deal with it or find a solution before switching back to smoking again.

PG dried me out a lot. VG less so, but still a bit. Added alcohol to thin my VG DIY juices really dried me out...mouth, lips, throat. Now I use distilled water to thin the VG juice, and the problems are 90% solved. Drinking water takes care of the rest of it. I certainly drink a lot more water than while I was smoking.
