Aroma has WTA, and juices with WTA. there are only 2 vendors for WTA. Vapelicious is the other one (not to be confused with vape-a-licious).
i dont think WTA is more harmful, but i dont know for sure. i just got my first bottle of Aroma (Mad Matador) and i like it a lot. its closer to a real cigarette than just plan nic liquid is. it triggers something in my head ever so slightly. to me its very satisfying. and the fact that its 26mg doesnt hurt either!
EDIT: Aroma does not have Dekang w/ WTA, or any Dekang juice at all. I was mistaken. I thought DK-Tab was always Dekang, but it is only a flavoring.

Dekang is a juice manufacturer that makes a PG based eliquid in a large variety of flavors.
WTA is Whole Tobacco Alkoloids. its an ingredient in certain ejuice, created to mimic the cigarette experience more than just nicotine would.

Thanks for the help...why then so much buzz about Dekang? I did try some (ordered from GoodProphets) and I actually liked it. But hear mixed reviews on this forum.

not sure why dekang gets big buzz. they are the largest eliquid manufacturer in the world i believe so thats likely it. loads and loads of vendors carry their stuff likely because its inexpensive and comes in a large variety of flavors. DK Tab is very popular mostly because folks like the flavor. another reason Dekang might be so popular is that all ecig parts come from china, so if a vendor is ordering parts, it makes sense to also order juice. this is just pure speculation based on what ive learned so far.
