Delayed firing of a carto tank.

There could be several causes of this:

Like zapped mentioned, the carto could be flooded, so it takes awhile for the carto to heat up enough to start vaping.

The coil might be of a different design to your other attys/cartos, certain coil designs, even of the same resistance, can take different amounts of time to come up to operating temperature. Generally coils with longer, thicker wire will take longer to heat up.

Or perhaps it's a dual coil, and you are under powering it, so it takes awhile to start crackling.

What resistance is the carto? Single or dual coil? What wattage or voltage setting do you have it on the Vamo? What other batteries were you trying this on? Other than taking awhile to heat up, is the carto performing OK?

If all else fails just toss the carto and put in a new one.
