Delays with shipping?

Hello,
I've called madvapes this morning numerous times and only get to voicemail. Just wanted to know why there has been a delay with shipping for my order. It's been stuck in processing for 3 days.

I've had this occur with MV before. On one order I checked the order status in the morning, their site showed it was still in processing, yet the mail carrier delivered my order that afternoon. I can't say this is typical, but it has happened, maybe you'll get a happy surprise like I did.
