This...this stupid computer (I know. Probably operator error but I didn't do it) posts my posts twice. When I see it happen, is there some way for me to delete the copy?

Well you can edit it and put in DP or duplicate post, or you can report it and one of us mods can delete it, but it will still show a spot there as deleted because of a duplicate post.
