How to update "What's New"

Is there a way to delete some of my old "my posts" that continue to show on the "What's New" tab?

There are several threads I posted in once or twice a long time ago but don't follow anymore but they always show up when I search under "What's New" + "my posts". This list is getting very long. Is there a way to edit or delete these old threads from showing up?

Well at least I can now stop trying to figure this out. So with all the extra time I will now have I can reach that 1k limit very soon!
