I also bought V2cigs first & then V4L. I totally agree with DiggerP - I definitely like the VaporKing better. They are both KR808D-1's. The V2cigs caught me with advertising (via Google search - not much about them here on the forum, where I've since obtained a wealth of information) and I appreciate them for that.

I ordered from VaporKing mostly because I wanted "fancier" batteries (I got a red metallic and a gunmetal platinum with blue LED vs. the plain white with red LED I have from V2cigs). When I compared them, I found the V2cigs are a tiny bit wider & a tiny bit shorter than my standard sized VaporKings. They also need to be recharged after just an hour or two of use (for me), whereas the VaporKings last me anywhere from 4 hrs to almost all day long before they need a recharge.

I didn't have a problem with V2cigs customer service but I hear a lot of people complain about slow shipping. I called after I placed my order to make sure they got it & find out when it would ship. That's when they told me it might be delayed because they didn't have all the flavors for the sample pack that I ordered in the "high" nic level I selected (18mg). I told them to go ahead & make it with different nic levels since I wasn't sure what was right for me yet anyway & with that change, they shipped the next day. Glad I did too, because I learned very quickly that their "high" is so harsh I can't even take a less than 1 second hit without coughing my lungs out (and I was a 2ppd Marlboro red 100 smoker for 20+ yrs). "Medium" isn't much different. I didn't get any "low" cartos from them but I killed the only 0mg carto I got (menthol) very quickly since it was all I could use before my other juices arrived.

I wouldn't order from V2cigs again. The VaporKing batteries are superior in every way and so are the cartos. For V2cigs flavors, "Congress" is like a stale, dry cig, "Cowboy" just tastes bad (can't really describe it), Cherry tastes unpleasantly like a strong cough drop and the four that are just ok are vanilla, chocolate, coffee and menthol (tastes like spearmint gum).

V4L shipped very quickly without any extra steps required. Prices are better. Choices are better. Tastes is better. Quality is better. They threw in extras. I only ordered a sample of Nobacco Cola 6 mg from them (still waiting on 10 sample sizes from Gourmet Vapor's huge sale last week) but I like it a lot. It's my favorite right now. Tastes just like an RC Cola, even with a touch of "refreshing" on the exhale somehow. They threw in sour green apple 18mg and surprisingly (I hate sour flavors in food/candy), it's not bad and I might actually use it occasionally. They also threw in a Parliament? 18mg and again I was surprised because this one actually does taste like a cigarette. I'm not really interested in it myself, but it might be handy to let a still-smoking friend or family member try for the first time while I try to convert them. I will definitely be ordering from V4L again (and again...)
