Let me first say that I've always been impressed with both the quality of products and the level of service that FSUSA offers. I've been buying my juice here since pretty much day one of my vaping life. Looking over my previous orders and some go all the way back to 2010. The quality of the juice has always been top notch and refreshingly consistent over the years. Delivery has usually been extremely prompt and predictable, however I've noticed a trend developing over the last few orders that has me worried and the cause behind writing this post.

Lately, my orders are getting processed quickly as usual but are sometimes taking as long as a week before they actually ship. This only seems strange because I had become accustomed to orders going out pretty much the next business day. I've recently made a big upgrade to a Reo Mini setup and actually ordered everything required from 3 different sites (including juice from FSUSA) on the same day. Unfortunately now I'm stuck staring at this beautiful new gear that arrived today while waiting for the FSUSA order to ship.

Now you can probably tell from my post count that I don't check these boards very often for news or whatnot. Honestly the majority of posts seem to just be quiz or movie games anyway. I did see the recent notice up on the website about delayed shipping, but I've been noticing this trend over the last few months.

Anyway, I really didn't want this to come across as a huge rant and I apologize beforehand if it did. I've been buying from FSUSA for a long time now and I'd honestly like to continue. I'm just more curious if something has changed with how orders are handled over the past 6 or so months.

Bumping so the FSUSA see this. As I said in another thread, I've placed two orders in the past 3 weeks. Both were shipped within 24 hours of placing my order. I think you might just have been unlucky. Have there been any holidays/long weekends in America recently? That could account for a backlog that needs clearing.

only once in the last year did we have a huge hiccup in every department creating a cascade effect that resulted in a massive delay. That in no way alludes to the affect that it has happened in the past of recent time, nor will happen in the future.
Please remember, over the last 3 years we had maybe 2 other occurences where delivery was slow for whatever reason.
We aplogize to anyone who was affected by it. But posts like this do more damage then good in my opinion. There is stiff competition in the field of juices sales in the U.S. 95% of which does not also have stores like we do nor the sales volume we do. Nor are they osha and DEQ inspected and certified. Just saying, 1 hiccup in a long period of time I can live with and apologize for. Just don't want anyone reading this thread thinking this is a "trend". nothing could be further from the truth.

As I stated in my original post, this was not a one-time occurrence. When I started buying juice from FSUSA 3 years ago I was actually shocked to see how fast things shipped (especially since I'm on the east coast). Shipping times have gradually increased over the years and I simply chalked it up to your business growing along with consumer demand. I didn't create this thread to "damage" your image. I was simply curious if others had been experiencing the same issues. Some of the recent posts on this board have answered that question.

Honestly, after all these years of business it's a little insulting to see my inquiry shrugged off as being untruthful.

It's cool. we have been in the process of moving our website to a whole new server farm, and our own dedicate machine. once that is done all speed issues will be a thing of the past. we hired 3 more people to handle nothing but internet. alot of money, but well worth it. hang tight, we are about to ramp things up tremendously for the good of our customers :)
