Delivery taking way too long

Dear vendor... I don't know where to start but first let me say... VOLTAGE & here's why:

Anything that you list should have a voltage number on your listings. As soon as I put that thing on charge I came back and smelled a burning chip fuse. Both the charger and battery leaked and damaged my wall. I have already sent you an email today about this. Should you gain the respect of your customers, please describe fully of your items.

I'm just glad I didn't use it in case it might have hurted me.
