Delivery Time

I did use the USPS tracking site to get more detail. Still not too helpful, though. I'm sure they would blame it on the weather if I wasted my time calling them. Not like the USPS could've anticipated snow in January, right?
Still wish there were more options for shipping. I've gotten 2 day shipping for less than $10 from other vendors. I don't mind paying a couple bucks more for that but not $20 more for overnight.
I'll let you all know when I finally get it.

In my experiance with USPS, if it was sent Express, you should have it by now. I would take a stab in the dark and say it wasn't V4L, but USPS has lost it. Priority is 2-3 day, Express should always be overnight.

I am here in Florida and the delivery here is quick. I placed my last order in the wee hours of the 26th and I am already stalking the mailman.

For me V4L has been great with shipping and I live in Washington State. For example I ordered some stuff on Wends of this week it was processed and shipped the same day. Today it is out for Delivery as we speak, that's just 2 days, sometimes it takes 3 but it has never been longer than that (Knock on wood ).

Got the order I placed 2nd today! No word on the 1st order. I used Priority not Express. Tracking shows it was picked up and processed through Elk Grove, IL late on the 24th. The order I received was scanned through the same USPS facility within the same hour. Obviously, this is the USPS not V4L. The orders were placed at the end of the week, Thur and Fri nights. I guess if I order that late in the week, I can expect orders to go out on Mon and arrive here by end of week. It's all a learning curve.
Have to say, the wait was worth it! I was missing 2 items, but CS was very nice and is sending out the items right away. No hassles.

Yea - it seems this weeks was a bad one for the USPS. I typically order over the weekend and usually receive my orders on Wed (sometimes Tues!). My most recent order was placed last Sun. and I did not get it until today. The order was for some of the new batteries and I wasn't desperate - but I was anxious to finally get them and I must say they are Maaaaahvelouus.

I live in California and my orders usually only take 3 days! Pretty fast I'd say.

i live next door in indiana and v4l stuff takes three days to get here. other things also take 3 days from florida, and 3 days from california...you get my point...

v4l ships priority i believe, which should be 2-3 days. they have shipped my stuff the next business day each time.

your issue sounds like the post office to me man =( maybe the weather or something messed it up

Things are changing! I take it back that V4L isn't fast!
I placed another order on 1/27 and got it TODAY! Fastest shipment yet.

Plus they were out of wowBOY carts like I ordered so Chad substituted 30 ML juice and a pack of WOW blanks. Works for me.

They aren't open Saturday and Sunday, so you ordered Friday and it shipped Monday. The rest is up to the USPS. I get my orders fast, 3 days mostly, rarely 4 days, never longer so far (in 3 months). I don't think that's bad at all.
