Dented my Panzer pin

[FONT=Helvetica, Arial, lucida grande, tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif]Hey ladies and fellas, I need some advice because my technical knowledge is lacking. My Panzer clone had an issue where atties weren't sitting flush so I used a hammer and a flathead to hit the pin out and sand out the delrin so it wasn't so tight around the pin. I fixed my flush issue but in the process of hitting the brass pin out, I made a dent on the top area (see photo), should I sand the top down so its flat or is it fine? It still hits fine but I notice that my stingray still hits noticeably harder, I can't tell if its because of the dent or if its because my stingray is just that good of a performer.

From what I read, the authentic Stingray does hit harder than other mods but:

you can get an inline volt meter to verify it and test both mechs for voltage drops.
