I'm on about day 5 or 6 now of vaping. Initially I found e-cigs made my cravings go away, to me it the way I can describe it is like if you are hungry and craving a meal, and take a magic pill that makes you feel full, you never got the satisfaction of eating that meal but you feel satisfied enough to not eat.
I'm finding vaping I can feel like a pack-a-day smoker with 1-2 cigarettes a day, as in I'm don't feel I am sacrificing anything. But last 2 days I made the decision to avoid analogs and I'm getting that familiar anxiety I got when I quit cold turkey, like I'm giving something up, and it eats at you until you want to give in. But I'm holding out, and tweaking my habits to see a difference. I know about WTA's and snus but really I want to just forget about it all for good, hopefully my mind will adjust to my will.
Anyone experience something like this or different?
