So by your description I think it could be a few things. Since I haven't used a T3 or T2 I'm going off of what I have read and experience from other devices.
1.) Vapor tongue: This can make juices taste weird because your taste buds are overloaded and since taste buds die off and come back constantly you just have to wait for them to come back.
2.) Flooding: Flooding can cause juice to vaporize differently and make the juice taste weird and harsh. Since you said that it was like a wet burning taste this sounds like a good chance. If you are getting gurgling or if you tip the clearo upside-down and juice comes out you are flooding the coil. This is harder to fix. You can clear the coil by blowing from the bottom out of the drip tip and catch the extra juice that comes out with a paper towel. But it might just start flooding again. So if clearing the flood helps you can try uping the VG content in order to wick the juice slower.
The last few would be a build up of burnt juice bits on your coil or an aversion to silica but since you have tried a new clearo and have been vaping your T3 without problems before these probably aren't it.
Hope that these might help a bit. Stay strong and vape on.
