DFW Vapor - Mountain Dew 18mg

My first impression of this juice was, "HOLY CRAP, I AM vaping ACTUAL MOUNTAIN DEW!!!". Seriously, it tastes so close to the real thing it's crazy. Good vapor on it as well. Been the ONLY thing in my clearo since I got it 2 days ago. On a scale of 1 to 10....10!

I wouldn't say its actual mountain dew, but its pretty reminiscent. Its a good vape, but way too sweet. Although it tastes like initial sip, its just missing something to make it taste like mountain dew..

Honestly, its pretty much the only flavor I like at DFW Vapor, though. And I've tried the majority of their flavors.

I added some honey to it and BAM - so close I think it actually does it! I think I may be adding too much honey though, as it was the only 'sweetener' I had at the time I started playing with this recipe. Now I have 10% (& 1 2.5%) w/v solutions of Agave, Stevita Stevia (erythritol&stevia), and xylitol to try. .... AND I'm going to get 4 more ounces Mtn Dew from TFA!

I also just bought some Ball citric acid from Walmart to try sperimentin' with. I'm really wondering if this might even help the recipe. But first I gotta research the general ratios for a citric acid additive. (I tasted just a few grains and HOLY CRAP is this stuff tart!) The only thing I'm worried about is that the other ingredient listed is "2% silicon dioxide for anti-caking" - I don't know the safety profile for that.
