DFWvapor - Amazing Service

I've been vaping for about two months now, and I've purchased everything from DFWvapor.com. It helps that they're local, but even if they're not (because, for example, you don't live in North Texas), you don't have to stalk the mailman.

I have so many great experiences with DFWvapor that it's tough to say where to start. When I placed my first order for a starter kit, I had it the next day. In fact, any time I've ever bought anything, if I order before 3, I have it the next day. Like I said, it helps that I'm local, but even in another state, you would have your gear in two days (unless you're in Vermont, which is apparently a postal black hole).

And service! Before I started vaping, I wore this guy out with questions about which juice to use, which PV to buy, and other assorted irritations. He always replied within hours, usually from his phone, meaning he was checking back with me from outside his office, before I ever bought a single thing.

Twice I've had stuff break. I had a cord on a charger get screwed up, and he shipped out another one immediately, completely under warranty. And then when I had my USB passthrough pop, I just asked him if he knew how to fix it, but made sure he knew that I would just order another if not. He said the battery had probably popped (due largely to me using an atomizer that hadn't been completely dried, which shorted out the battery) and shipped me another one. I didn't ask for it - he just looked up the order, found my address, and dropped one in the mail, even after I said it was my fault the first one died.

He also has an enormous selection of juice. If you use a Joye 510, a KR8 or an eGo, I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

Since I direct-drip and vape pretty much continuously, all day long, I place an order about every two weeks. I've spent a couple hundred bucks at DFWvapor, and I will continue to give him all my business for as long as he's around.

Do they do dekang juice?

hi Shannon -

I'm not sure as to whether it's specifically dekang or not, but i know that he does have 2 full, separate offerings for his juice - one that comes from China, and one that is US based. I buy the US ones, b/c James personally mixes those himself (the Mt. Dew is killer, if you like Mt. Dew that is ;)...the US Tobacco is also good for everyday vaping)

As far as local pickup, I'm sure he can't do it 100% of the time, even for those that live in the DFW area. Obviously, if he did that he'd never have time left to run his business. But, in special cases, or cases where he's not too swamped, it seems (from my experience) he's willing to do whatever his schedule will permit to keep the customer happy. In my case, he had some free time that day, and we didn't live far from each other....the guy literally met me the same day with my starter kit in hand, and even showed me how to use it! Best service I've seen!

I have a friend who is an elderly shut in with COPD who is vaping. It has probably saved her life because she was smoking while wearing oxygen and I was afraid she was going to combust herself. I got her a vapor king because they seemed the simplest to explain how to use. I can't always get out to deliver stuff to her and she doesn't own a computer, so she can't order online for herself. Someone local who actually answers the phone/returns her calls and could provide a bit of "special" customer support could really make a difference in her life. I'm going to ask him if he could do a routine supply "mail out" every two weeks or so for her and just charge it to my credit card.
