I buy from about a half-dozen suppliers, but I wanted to give special recognition to Jason at Electronicstix for doing a really excellent job with his customer service!
I've ordered from him a few times now, and every time I order it gets shipped quickly- I think the longest delivery time from him has been 4 days from the time I placed my order (mind you, I'm literally on the other side of the country from him.)
On top of that, I've contacted him a few times via his customer service e-mail just asking general questions. Without fail, I've had a response back within a couple of hours (tops) and he's been incredibly helpful. I especially appreciate the fact that he's very transparent- he's been forthcoming about where he gets his products, the quality of his products, and what changes he will be making to his product offerings in the future. No mystery, no wondering what I'm really buying. That's huge.
I've been very satisfied with the quality of everything I've bought from this site- and was impressed with a sample of juice he sent me as well- my normal juice supplier is FSUSA (who, if you've read this site for 5 minutes, you have probably heard of and probably know they're fantastic), and the juice sample he sent was right up there with theirs. Also, the last batch of cartomizers I bought from him were awesome- apparently he changed suppliers for them and whatever he's selling now are very nearly on-par with the Gold Label cartos I get from CigEasy- but they are still priced like the generic cartos, so it's a really nice deal.
Lastly (I promise I'll shut up because this is getting long-winded), Jason has been very helpful the one time I ran into an issue with one of his products- I got a battery from him that died after a few recharges. When I sent him an e-mail about it, he gave me absolutely no hassle- just told me to send the defective one back to him and he'd send me a replacement. No fuss, was as simple as taking 30 seconds to address a shipping envelope. I will have my replacement in a few days.
Bottom line- I've been fortunate to have had good luck with suppliers, but Electronicstix stands out to me as a great example of what customer service should be. Between them and FSUSA (another example of outstanding customer service), I'll be vaping happily for a long time!
