Is DHL available for shipping to India too? The only thing that stops me from ordering from HC is that EMS takes way too long!

Sorry. No. We do not use DHL to India now.

I suppose that the order was likely placed on 13th. Normally we ship most orders within 1 business day.

That is correct, the order was placed on the 13th. Was just after midnight here, so little after noon there.
