"Clearance delay" DHL shipping to USA (a package without e-juice products)

That was fast Aurora-Oblivion, and yes my shipping options were DHL $14.00 or EMS $16.00. I didn't have much time to research it then, and thought I would take a chance, more $$ faster ship. I will try DHL next time but with some things I got off Ebay in the past shipped DHL and was handed off to USPS at some point (slowing it down). My point was to have some references for everyone to be able to make a good choice.

Thats how mine is. Its handed off to usps and takes another couple days to make a 9 hour trip
Then its signature required. My mail man is usually shaking by the time he makes it to my door. He knows I have been stalking him. lmfao

Now that's funny Sjkader,Mail is slow here if I order from Texas (120 mi south of me) it usually goes to Denver first (235 mi north) and then works its way back. Back in the day if you mailed a local letter it didn't leave town, now it goes 190 mi north to get postmarked and then sent back, and we have a fully functioning Post office right in town!

That's odd! Even right now I just checked, add Vamo to cart and check shipping, see EMS costs less for me (And I know it would be slower)

Your ebay DHL shipments were probably slow for two reasons. One, the probably didn't ship the item out as fast maybe, and two they certainly didn't use DHL express worldwide or USPS wouldn't ever touch of it. Anytime I get items from that area delivered DHL express they are delivered in in 1-2 days min if customs isn't messing around, and 3-5 days on the longer side f things if customs holds for too long.

That's the basic DHL global probably, or whatever they call it. Express Worldwide would be DHL only, and should always be very fast aside from customs delays, unless maybe DHL doesn't deliver at all in your area which would be odd but I guess maybe possible?

Pretty sure they dont deliver in this area. we are a small town in South Dakota.

I'm out in the country, 45 miles from any town and they deliver to me anytime (And pickup too)

Wish I didn't have to pay 14$ for shipping and/or spend 100$ for free shipping just to get a few of the V2 JoyeTech Mod 18650 batt Tubes with the end-caps Is there any special coupon or something to help out with shipping without having to spend a bundle? (other than the 5% off that doesn't apply to the shipping) For ECF members or something?

Thanks for the DHL schooling, I will definitely go with DHL next time for HC. It was never about the cost but the anticipation of waiting on my new toys!

Never had a DHL truck here. I think I have better chances at winning the lottery, then seeing a DHL truck here.

Funny thing, now today I check and EMS cost $2 more for me too! VERY ODD!

I'll have to try EMS next time and see which is faster. I can't see EMS being faster than DHL though, because of the post office getting a hold of the package DHL Express would almost be overnight, if it wasn't for customs on both ends! Sometimes it is too, I've received package from Taiwan overnight that weren't expected to arrive until several days later, this happens when customs on both ends don't care and slide the package right along without even a second look.

DHL is awesome. My order took three days to get here. had to wait one more day as DHL here don't deliver on Sunday. Got my order today. For where I live - that is fast.

I have used both DHL and EMS both are fast but DHL won with a delivery in 3 days took 5 days with EMS.
