Diacetly and "custard" flavors

I have been using flavor apprentice and like that they have a but better description on whats in everything

I wanted to try out flavor west, but I can tell if they contain diacetyl or "custard" type flavors

I understand its all new, so no one really knows with any certainty of anything, but wanted to get some opinions or thoughts
