Diameter of Ekowool and Silica wick for different piece?

Hello
Gonna be building my own coils now that my Mechanical mod is on its way home.
Will be building them for both RBA's and tanks like Protank 2 etc. Pretty much for everything.

I will be trying with cotton but I also want to order some Ekowool and silica wicks.
Which diameters(millimeter) are recomended for RBA's and which mm for tanks with factory made coils that I will be
removing and rebuilding ?

I got great recommendations on the kanthal I will be using.

The kanthal recommendation is only answerable if you tell us what ohms you're planning to build to, higher gauge (thinner wire) for higher ohms.

And the mm silica and ecowool you should get are, cotton.
