i am sure if you took out the juice at this point you would see that the very same wire will be glowing more then the others. most likely you didnt up the voltage enough before adding juice to notice that you had a hotspot. when working out hotspots before adding juice, youmust start out low with the voltage but eventually work your way up to the voltage that you will be ultimatly vaping at. this will bring out any shorts in the coils. take your time with this, dont rush to add juice. actually even after you have worked up to the desired volts, and dont see any issues, add a few drops of juice to the wick before filling tank, do a few burns this way. this will seat the wires a little. then if things are still looking good, then add juice. sometimes the wires can expand some, causing hotspots, so by waiting and firing for a longer period of time it gives you the best chance that by the time you fill tank, everything is good.

You need to use a syringe with a needle at least 1 1/4" long and keep the tip of the needle in the juice at all times while filling. I had the same problem and I was helped from one of these guys here.
thanks for taking time and explaining this to me another question why can i only add a half of tank of juice before it starts to come out the wick hole

You could still actually prod the coils while it is wet as that what i was doing when i thought it was okay, then i had the exact same problem as you did. got lazy to empty the tank so just worked my way out while it was wet. it's not gonna be easy, actually painful, because of some of the juice popping and flying and when it goes to my hand it buuurns. lol. other than that it's okay to tinker with it while wet, but i personally wouldn't recommend it though, just did it cause of my laziness. it did actually work, and i am so happy with my did clone right now :)

yes its something to do with the air in the tank. before buying a longer blunt tip needle, the juice would just come out the fill hole, before it was full. now i use a 3in blunt tip. this sucker is nice, it reaches all the way to the bottom of tank, and fills it up every time to the top.also it can suck out every drop of juice from the bottom of a 50ml bottle of juice. avid vapors sell a variety of these luer lock needles for syringes
