DID Explanation

Can someone explain to me the acroynim for DID. I think its also refered to a genesis type carto, but aside from the MM guys in Greece I dont see where the name comes from. I have searched a bunch and basically would just like to know why someone would opt for this vs a tank or clearo...theylook very cumbersome to assemble and maintain? If this has been asked many time before I appologize and a link would be appreciated.

Thanks for that about the initials and for the link to the post. Is it really worth the cost and time consumption? Meaning I'd do anything for better taste...but I'm also very impatient.

There are Chinese clones available for far less. They are, obviously, not the same quality but you can try one and see if you like it first then, if you decide you want the real esoteric thing, go for the real McCoy.

I have a cheap clone DID (DUD) and i cant tell a difference when taking a draw of my friends real DID. I however noticed how much better the build of the real DID all steel much better threading etc. If properly set up any genesis will vape great just grab a ten dollar clone

Awesome, thanks for the info. Watched a bunch of youtubes on them last night and now if course I want the full set from MM for a mere 700 euros. Yeah...I'll try the 10 dollar route first I think.
