Did I burn up my clearo?

Hello,

Last night on accident I pushed the button down on my ego c twist and heard a burning sound because I wasn't sucking air through the clearomizer. This morning my clearomizer looked like this. Notice the brown at the top of the wick and then some of it in the juice because I rolled the clearo around a little.

Did I just totally ruin this clearomizer?

Well....maybe. At a minimum, you probably burnt some juice that was on the coils. If the button was held down long enough, you may have burnt all the juice off the coil, in effect doing a "dry burn". This might be what you're seeing floating around in the juice - gunk that was burned off the coil.

Does it still fire? If so, you might be OK. I'd dump the juice out, let it soak in very hot water or alcohol for a little bit, and try again.

It still works fine. I was just concerned when I saw that. I'll clean it out and put in some fresh juice. Thanks for the response!
