I'd make that customer pay C.O.D ... don't want him spending money he owes me, on hospital bills or funeral costs

I like this charger. I use similar (but 4 slots) for 1.5 years with now problems. You can charges other batterise (AA rechargeable) with it. I if you take batteries off when upper light is blinking you may prolong their life (full charge greatly shortens battery life). I do take batteries off when I see the light is blinking. Unfortunately I rarely look at the charger...
EDIT: Taking off batteries while not fully charged is good only for Li-ion batteries, vaping stuff.

I have had my i2 in daily use for almost 3 years now. It works great and has been very reliable, my meter puts all battery's at perfect voltage when removed. I have some older Panasonic 18650's that were bought at the same time and are still going strong having been charged 300+ times with it.

Hey if you saw the Xtar SP1 or SP2 chargers, might consider getting those. It's one of the few 2A chargers out there. Efest bio v2 is also a 2A. Both works as an emergency powerbank too.

Just suggesting :)

BTW in terms of durability, nitecore is not really the best bet
