Just got my twist in the mail and maybe im crazy but some red flags were raised. I'm a name brand kinda guy and I just wanted to compare mine to yours.
Does your 5click protection light drk blu when locked/on?
Does yours have a TM next to the Twist stamp?
Mines a vendor restamped model and it doesn't have the joyetech logo anywhere on it. I'm not gonna judge it's performance before using it but the company touts that it sells genuine Joye and I'm just curious.

My 5-click protection light stays white. I don't have a trademark anywhere.

I got mine from a brick and mortar e-cig shop that takes pride in the quality of products they sell.

The blue light sounds like it's an eGo-C battery [those are the only ones I know where the light changes color as the battery drains to indicate necessity of charging], but other than that, if you try it out and are able to change voltage, as a Twist should, I don't really see a problem with it. Though, if you're a name brand kind of guy, maybe you could bring it up with the vendor you bought it from.

My Twist has the vendor stamp on the bottom, no TM next to the Twist stamp on the battery itself. Just says eGo-C Twist. 5 click shut off, but the light stays white the entire time.

I do have one of the paisley embossed eGo style batteries, that I know is not genuine Joyetech, it has the 5 click shut off, but the light is blue
