$38 is a great price. Most of the time, the instructions they send with the kits are old and outdated anyway. They tell you to charge your batteries for 8 hours before you can use them, which is bunk these days. I wouldn't worry about getting instructions for a KGO. If the unit works and you're happy with it, then just vape your head off!

$38 is a good price. I'm sure it will be fine.

One thing to remember is that e-Cig batteries have a longer life span if you charge them before they are fully drained.

Kind of running off topic sorry, but what is the explanation for that with ecig batteries? My friend insists that her camera/cell phone's batteries must be ran down toward zero then uninterrupted charged to full. Maybe this is different chemistry of the batteries... IDK but it didn't seem right.

I actually want some cheap Riva/eGo type kits too, why are people so afraid to say where they get stuff? Please tell me where you ordered from OP. This sounds like roughly about Liberty Flights' price when I was looking for Riva kits.

If your friend uses Lithium-Ion batteries in his/her camera/cell phones, then he/she is wrong.

As for the explanation, you can read this...
How to prolong lithium-based batteries: Battery University

And if you do read it, and do understand it, feel free to explain it to me.

I don’t know of ANY batteries that will have a longer life span if you drain them fully before recharging.

Ni-Cad’s have a nasty habit of forming a “memory” so it was advised to drain them down to 10% before recharging. But e-Cigs us Li-Ion which don’t have the memory problem.

If in doubt, they have a support email address on their site. Just worked with Ty over there to get a replacement battery and they are awesome! Took a day to get a reply from them, but guessing they keep pretty busy based on how fast the supply numbers drop on their site. Just shoot 'em an email and they'll help you out. Waiting for the Riva SE kits to get back in stock to snag a couple more.

I agree, Liberty Flights is awesome, and if something goes wrong, they will take care of you. I had a bat die just before their already awesome warranty period, and they replaced both, and even sent me a shipping label for the returns. And their shipping is reasonable and fast. It doesnt hurt that they have the best prices of anywhere.

Great vendor. They are extremely busy; they offer the best combination of great prices and customer service. They are swamped with orders. I bought my eGo and an SE Riva (a true 3.7v battery!) from them and I love them. I also buy my 2.0Ω Boge cartos there. Don't worry, they stand behind their products 100%.

Yes, it may take a couple of days, but where else can you buy a $30 (true 3.7v) Riva kit with 2-month warranty? The answer--nowhere. :)

One week across country ($2.99 shipping) is not at all unusual, BTW.

I'm not looking to argue, but I buy my juice from FSUSA in AZ. Last order I made from them was 1 30ml and 2 10ml bottles. I ordered it on a Saturday before noon and it was in my mailbox Monday. Yup, it cost me $5 but it's worth it. Came in the same size box my order from LF came in too.

I ordered early on 3/23. According to their web page, kit was in stock (Qty 3). They shipped mid-day on 03/24. It was in my mailbox 03/30. I'm not faulting LF. I think the USPS put it on the back of a donkey. I just don't understand how something from AZ gets to me so frigging quick but something from CA takes so long. I LOVE the Riva 510! I came off an RN4081. I started vaping at 5:30 this morning and just changed my battery at 3 this afternoon. That is AWESOME! Plus vapor production is consistent right up until the battery dies. Now if someone can just answer my battery blue light charging question I'll be a happy camper.

Well, that's the difference between Priority and first class mail. Other than that, USPS works in mysterious ways. :) My packages from LF arrive within 24 hours from placing an order, but I live in the same state. However, I had a priority package from Cignot stuck on a conveyor belt in Orlando, Fl, for three consecutive days. I was checking the tracking number and for three days the update read that the package had left their Orlando facility--with a new date and time every day... Go figure.

I can't explain the blinking button, sorry. Try asking in LF subforum? If the battery is defective, they will replace it. It's under warranty.
