You should be fine, but did you Also order extra non nic pg or vg?? I use pg based nic but use vg to cut it to the mg I want. I also use about 2-5% diluted water to make it less thick since I use a lot of vg. You can use 100%vg, nic, it may already be thinned anyway. I've seen some vg based nic that is not as thick as regular vg because they thin with water or some other agent. If you didn't get any extra pg or vg there are several local places that sell it, such as wal-mart, drug stores etc

Unless you're wanting an all pg vape you'll be fine. Vg is thicker and more annoying to work with at times. But find a juice calculator and you can make yourself a 50/50 mix (assuming that's your goal) no prob. I personally prefer a vg mix.

Thanks guys yeah I ordered pg and vg on the side to cut i was just asking because I see more often people using pg base nic than vg based nic thanks again

With VG, I usually completely take the needle off the syringe and work with it that way. Since my VG lives in the fridge, at 35 degrees, it tends to be rather stiff stuff, like pudding. :)

You can always mix down with the PG you ordered, so the only issue would be if your goal was to make 100% PG liquid. Since it doesn't seem so, you're fine. Even if you're making 24 mg/ml liquid, you'll end up with, at worst, about 66% VG.

My go-to is 50-50 and is no problem to vape. I'm considering raising that to 60% VG.

another tip is to warm up the VG prior to working with it. a warm water bath works nicely. or even a "defrost" microwave setting would likely be a-ok.

but 90% of the time i dont need either. i keep an ounce of VG at room temp and when it gets low, i pull another ounce from my fridge stash. same goes for nic base. PG however can/should be stored at room temp. but the fridge is fine too (albeit at the colder end of the scale) as the reading on the Ideal Brand PG bottle says to keep it at 35-85 degrees fahrenheit IIRC. i can check when i get home if anyone is interested.

I'm glad you asked this. I too am a complete noob at diy and ordered vg based nicotine and pg and vg separately. I'm going to be shooting for a 50/50 mix so I guess I have some more reading up to do!

download 'ejuice me up' made by Breakthru (if you havent already). it will solve most if not all of your mixing quandaries.
