Hi,
not new to vaping. per recommendation of e cig city I ordered two ego twist batteries, 3 kanger t3 clearomizers, extra coils and eliquid.

I am wondering if I made the correct choice on my purchase? I have had problems with coils burning out fairly quickly with other models.

-Is the battery simply a battery, some with variable voltage, that doesnt really affect the vaping experience?
Could I have chosen a better setup, and if so, what would you guys recommend?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum, betterthanyou! Sounds like a pretty solid setup, and is not dissimilar to what I'm still using on a daily basis.

The variable voltage function of the eGo Twist has a definite and noticeable effect on the "vaping experience". I suggest you start at 3.2V and work your way up until the vapour production and flavour is right for you. Do NOT start at 4.8V and work backwards!

I wish I had started with that set up. A vv Twist might help you find that "sweet spot" where you get a nice vape but you will chase that sweet spot as the battery drains. I am using the Twist now and its great but due to chasing I am looking into a mod that has a consistent sweet spot until I have to charge it again. Hope that helps.

Solid setup, but keep in mind Kanger are phasing out the production of T3 (replaced by T3S), so it'll be more difficult to find the replacement heads in the future. If you enjoy the T3 setup and don't plan to rebuild the heads, then you might want to look into EVOD/Protank (cheaper replacement heads) or wait for the release of T3S/mini Protank for your next purchase.

Welcome to ECF and vape on! :vapor:

You have a solid setup that should last you for a good while. I just upgraded to several ego syle batteries from a smaller system.
Maybe have a couple of each style of juice delivery 'tools' available: couple of cartomizers, couple of clearomizers, couple of atomizers, couple of tanks (like the Protank, etc.) so you can see how they work, what they do best, advantages, disadvantages of each.
FYI, I rarely find I need to increase the voltage on my twists from the lowest setting. YMMV

Hi - nice set-up. Any device with 510 or "eGo" external threads (sometimes called "cone threads") can be used on your Twist.
