Just go to the DIY e-liquid subforum of this one. Lots and lots of on-going discussions in posts, "stickies" at the top of the page, and many many helpful people to answer your questions. It does help though, if you browse through already posted conversations first, before asking questions that may already be answered in those.

There really isn't a better place for learning DIY than the link Izan posted to ECF's DIY forum. Lots of experienced people there and many members have informative, in-depth blogs explaining every step and consideration for DIY, a literal goldmine of information and knowledge. There's also a "recipe" sub-forum; E-Liquid Recipes
