So I have 3 Twists... well actually, 2 Twists and a Vision Spinner. The silver Twist, I've had for a good 6-7 months or so, probably been used daily since I got it. It's been working fine until earlier today at work, it crapped out on me. It usually lasts me all night with the amount I vape. I did notice that when I charged it earlier that night, it seemed to require less time before the charger turned green. After it died on me and I came home, I tried charging it but the charger just stays green. It will blink 5 times when I attach it to the charger, but it stays green and doesn't charge. Is this battery dead or is it fixable? I mean, I know these batteries eventually die and I have had it for a long while... I got this one from My Vapor Store.

well this may also happen, if the battery connection or the charger connection or both get gunked up from long term juice accumulation on them,,just saying before you toss them off...do try cleaning them first with some sort of spirit...

Cheers :)

Hmm weird... today, I tried my 'dead' Twist battery again. When I pressed the fire button, it looked like it came on, so I stuck it back on the charger (which works btw, just used it to charge a different battery). It did the same thing it did before, blink 5 times and then continue to stay green as if it wasn't charging. I took it off the charger, stuck a Kanger T3 on it, and it fires! I can still vape it somehow. But on the charger... won't charge. Very bizarre... I guess this is the last charge I'll have to spend with this Twist? :( What I'm hoping for is after I completely drain this battery, it will start to charge again but if not, I guess I better savor the little time I have left with this battery, who has served me well for so long and helped me avoid countless cigarettes at work.

If it does die, I am replacing it with a red one.

Edit: Now it's charging again like normal... weird. Guess it's stronger than I expected... I even dropped it earlier.

Agree with souvik. Had the exact thing happen to my 1000mah Twist and my wife's eGo-T mod. Neither battery would charge, the green led on the charger stayed that way for almost 8 hours. I thought the charger was not working, so I unplugged it, took some rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip and cleaned the threads on the charger, and while I was at it, the connections on the battery as well. I let everything air dry for 20 minutes and then plugged everything back in and the batteries charged.
