had no problem with canceling my knightsticks
I didn't either, unless you consider spending a full hour trying to talk to a live person a problem. I kinda do.

The entry page on their site always indicates there are 20 free trials left (ridiculous). And, when you get to the page where you are supposed to enter your billing information, there's that insulting countdown clock to the second when your "opportunity" to order will expire. Both of those tactics are absurd and insulting, and I am embarrassed to have ordered from them. Your trial period starts when they ship, not when you receive the package. They must've sent it part way by pony express, by delivery my trial period was virtually over and done. The PV comes in a box which purposely resembles a cigarette hard pack. It includes a white battery, two tan cartomizers, and a single piece USB charger. For this, you pay $108.95 (counting the $9.95 shipping), and get into a monthly shipment of 15 carts ... if forget the price for that, but no doubt it is double what would be reasonable.

At least, when I did get to speak to a live CSR things improved and the cancellation was smooth, apparently.

There is no way to tell which model will be your favorite until you try it for yourself. I went from pen-style (too big) to super-mini (better, but mine broke days after receiving) to M401 (the automatic battery would light up my pants when driving or boating) to manual 510 (almost perfect) to 501 w/ passthrough (flimsy but dang, it works great when it works).

Seven months later my on-the-computer vape is a 510 w/ passthrough (extras on hand--they are dainty things) and 401 or 510 manual when on the road. Your mileage may, and probably will, vary but for anyone trying e-cigs for the first time I recommend going for a model that feels (and looks) most like an analog. It makes the transition easier and they can opt for something with more oomph later if they desire.

Even with all the models I've tried and extra attys, batts, juice, etc. I'm financially way ahead of where I'd be if smoking analogs. Now, if someone could just help me organize all this stuff I've accumulated....8-o

There is too much detail in this thing. I love it but it's driving me nuts. I tried the Knight Sticks and loved everything about them. I have been looking for something that easy and tasting that good. I LOVE the taste and strength of them. I also don't want to be filling or cleaning or any of that junk. I hope you can help me. The only reason I didn't continue was I really figured that this was a new thing and there's always a way to get stuff cheaper. Well, I learned that there are many out there just like them.
