Hey Guys,

So I had a customer stop in last night and he showed me his latest toy which is a PV battery that's slightly wider in diameter and slightly longer than a AA battery. It also had a cone that slid down over my 510 atty after it was attached to the batt. He was kind enough to let me give it a few vapes and I'm sure I don't have to tell you guys that I couldn't see through the cloud of vapor I made. It was incredible and I can't wait to get one. My Co. doesn't sell them so I'd love some recommendations on acquiring one of those sexy little powerhouses. So anyway...the point of this whole tale is that my atty now produces almost as much vapor on my regular 510 battery as it did on that beast. Was my atty somehow graced with the powers of this incredible device? What happened?

Hey Bryce,
It sounds like he was using an Ego/Tornado. You can find them all over the place. There is also the Riva which I believe are a clone.
I love mine. They are a great compromise between regular mini's and a full on Mod.

As far as your atty goes, I have no real idea. It is possible that your atty was gunked or flooded a bit and hitting the mod helped clear it out. (Do you drip?)

Also in many cases 510 batts hit harder on the first few pulls on a fresh battery and then die down a bit. One of the advantages to the ego/tornado is that the drop off is not as bad.. and not noticeable for many. I.E. it hits like a fresh battery everytime.

As far as recommendations go, just look around a bit for Tornado/ego batts.
Best prices I've seen are $15 for the battery and $55 for a kit.
You may need an adapter for your charger if you are using a standard wall charger.
It is simply and extender so that the battery can fit in. The whole in the plastic casing on standard wall chargers is too small.

Lastly, you may see Ego XL or MEGA Tornado's out there when you are looking around.
They are simply XL batteries of the same type. Same diamter, etc just a bit longer and of course more capacity.

Hope that helps.
