    No you can't
The more sales increase the more Gov't and private intrest groups want to control it so they can increase there net worth (money) and power  greed.
I never heard in my 68 years that a product that there was no proof of harming or hurting a person could be regulated or banned by our Gov't. This is a new way for them to make more money and more hidden tax revenue's to do with what they want. Look at the bills congress passes. The one to help Sandy victims had so much pork in it add in by even the NY state senator Charles Schumer and other senators, knowing that if it was rejected by the republican congress they would get the blame for not helping sandy victims from media, pres, all over would blame them. So what do they do waste billions on stuff we do not need right now, so we would help sandy victims.

Remember one big issue all these regulation going to be passed are given authority from the Pres of the United States to do so with agency's he sets up, with people he puts in control to run them. These agency can not pass laws only regulations.

It's a way to go around the law that is not a law that looks like a law to take the peoples power away.

    From the article:

"E-cigarettes currently fall into a regulatory grey area. The US Food and Drug Administration is expected to offer guidance in April about how the products should be regulated. The agency lost a legal battle with e-cigarette companies in 2010 after trying to block imports of e-cigarettes and has been sceptical about claims they are not harmful.

"Further research is needed to assess the potential public health benefits and risks of electronic cigarettes and other novel tobacco products," said Jennifer Haliski, an FDA spokeswoman."

So..go ahead, conduct a study (the way they work, that'll probably take 10 years), and leave us alone.

Yeah, I love this one. Do you know how much it costs to get ANYTHING researched and approved by the FDA? Only Big Pharma has the funds to get products "approved" by the FDA ogliarchy. Where is the money going to come from to study e-cigs, and get them approved by the FDA?

So the FDA is "skeptical" about claims ecigs are not harmful? OH reeeeally? Hey FDA, guess what? Tobacco IS HARMFUL!! Why don't you go after that? The FDA allows tobacco cigarettes into the population, and allow Big Tobacco to ADD poisons to them. The FDA are a bunch of hypocrites!!!!!

Last year, Lorillard bought Blu Ecigs for $135m and RJ Reynolds has started to develop its own electronic cigarette technology. Altria, the US maker of Marlboro, has stayed on the sidelines thus far, but analysts expect the tobacco giant to either acquire an e-cigarette manufacturer or launch its own brand soon.

Declining to divulge its plans, an Altria spokesman said: "Obviously we're monitoring what's going on in that category."

Hey Altria!!! Either keep up with market demands, or have your company become obsolete. AT&T didn't die out when mobile phones started taking over land lines, they kept up with market demands and offered their own wireless service.
