I've completely quit...every in a while I'll take a drag off the girlfriends cig....and I wonder why I ever did it. That said, I've turned vaping into a full time hobby. I wrap my own coils, have mods stacking up and absolutely love the juices I use.

I'm still a noob in regards to vaping...but I know I'll never smoke an analog again.

(first post here)

Eight months tomorrow. I wasn't planning or expecting to Give Up Smoking. I needed to be spending less money, and e-cigs (as I then understood them) seemed like a way to do that. So, cig-alike starter kit, and away we go. On day three, I try tobacco smoke again, and it's HORRIBLE. This is the point where I know I'll never smoke again. Since then, not one cigarette, nor any desire for one. For me, vaping is simply preferable in every respect.

I quit the day I got my e-cig kit!!! September 17 2013, I never thought I could be a non-smoker as I did not want to gain a ton of weight like I had when I quit once before! I had quit for 2 weeks and gained 14 pounds. All with diet and exercise in place :( so now I feel I can do this! LOVE MY E_CIG!

I feel it too .
The draw for smoking is the habit and the nicotine taking care of both made it where I can quit ( thank e-cig )

Over the years, I tried the patch, gum, and several different prescription meds. I quit several times, anywhere from a week to as long as six months, but as soon as I cheated and had one cigarette, I was right back to being a regular smoker.
It's now been over a year since I started vaping and I have no desire to smoke cigarettes.
Once in awhile, I'll have one while out with the guys playing poker and drinking. The difference now is that if I do cheat and have one cigarette, it really is just one and after that I have no urge to go back to smoking.

i got my e-cig 7 days ago, had my last analogue 5 days ago. For the first few days, every now and then I got a deep urge to have an analogue, and I was thinking the e-cig just wouldn't help. but it did, and now in 7 short days, the e-cig is all I need. I plan on reducing the nic level in my juice over time. Not sure if I want to give up the e-cig completely, it's very enjoyable.

I accidentally quit smoking too, thanks to vaping. When I bought my the eRoll, I had no intention of quitting analogs, just wanted to see how things will work out.

It has been 3 days now, not even the slightest urge to smoke an analog.

Cons: My housemate is smoking like an ashtray to me now.
Pros: He also bought an eRoll today.

On to converting more people.

Oh, and being able to sit indoors without getting panic attacks is just awesome!

Have been free of a 36 year long habit of smocking thanks to vaping.

How can any countries ban this alternative to smoking saying nicotine is bad for you while letting everyone use cigarettes. ?

Awwww. what money does to any institution huh ?

If you ban the e-cigs and want to be taken seriously as a gov, you should really ban cigarettes itself with it's more than 4000 bad chemicals in it !!!
