I recently ordered a manual battery from PEC (perfect Electonic Cigarette) and it never worked properly. I could only get 7-10 hits off of it and the battery would die. I tried charging it several times. Over night, for a few hours, on a differrent charger, etc. Still the same. So I called PEC several times and left a message about what was going on. No response. So I emailed them several times, no response. Still waiting to hear from them and it's been a week. I also posted a message on their message board. NOTHING. Very frustrated with them. Just wanted to give my 2 cents worth about Perfect Electronic Cigarette. I tried to let them respond and gave them adequate time to do so. Will we see, I guess. Thanks for reading 8-o

I know they just moved into a new house and everything has been a little crazy, but I thought they had gotten settled in by now. Terry also said he was hiring some help because of the increase in business. I don't know, but I'm curious to find out what's going on.

By the way, I understand your frustration. I would probably feel the same way.

ECF claims that they will attempt to moderate between dissatisfied customers and registered suppliers, and take action against suppliers that are consistently dishonest. If all the people who are having problems with TW would PM a mod about it, then something might get done. As it is, I think most people just vent in these threads and it never gets brought to the attention of the people who can act on it.

You are correct. We will attempt to mediate when a member has a complaint with either a Forum Supplier or Registered Supplier.

As the Supplier Complaint Officer for ECF, it is my responsibility to be heavily involved in these issues. My action is predicated on the member who had the problem actually contacting me (or any other ECF staff member who will forward to me) to state what the issue is.

I then will contact the supplier and get both sides of the story and work towards a solution that works for everyone. We want the shopping experience to beneficial to both the buyer and seller.

If anyone has an issue with and ECF Registered supplier I ask that you PM me or contact me via email elendil@e-cigarette-forum.com

I have successfully mediated a few disputes and would be happy to assist anyone who needs it.
