Thank you!! Over drain? I do notice that it seems to drop off quicker than protected. This would make sense? I do change when I notice a drop. This would be ok you think? Maybe I should put it aside as a spare?

Sound OK to me. It has less mAh (milliamp hours) but it's high drain (that you don't need with 18650 size since you only need 2.1 ish amps). You may put it aside if you wish, but I'd use it. Less mAh means less vaping duration so it will drop off quicker. Sounds like you're doing the right thing.
You should think about a multi-meter if you haven't already. Then you can test the voltage easily and see actual #'s to go with your experiences. All batteries drop off. The quick drop is from 4.2 volts to 3.7ish volts after a fresh charge. It stays around 3.7/3.6 for quite a bit, and when it hits 3.5 it drops again like a rock.

Thanxatty, I don't like drops, so I swaps!! Don't really feel like I was steered in the best direction when talking to the vendor. So k though, I like the vendor! Will continue to order, but to stay better informed as well. Probably order a meter from him with my next order!!
Nobody talks about stacking 18650 here,no need to pull the alarm
Single cell (crappy battery) venting. Just one example. It can happen on charge. It can happen when shorted.
Use either A) protected batteries or B) safe chemistry (Like IMR)
