Difference between E-Hookah and Ecig?

Hey, guys. i was planning to try some E-Hookah after tried some ecigs.
But i was wondering what is the difference?Here what i think:

Atomizer: E-Hookah has prefilled cartage and ecigs has atomizer/rba with ejuice.
Battery Duration: The battery of E-Hookah will last much much longer than ecigs.
Portable: Ecigs will be much convenient and portable. E-Hookah is not good for carrying around.
Price: ECIGS much cheaper than E-Hookah.

As far as what I seen called an e hookah, they mostly appear to be cheap clearomizers or cartomizers. There are devices like the Amanoo E Hookah, which are actually made for a real hookah.
