They are all 3.7 devices. All 3 run at the same voltage.

The mini vapestack uses the smallest battery (16340) of the 3 so it will have the shortest run time but is available in colors. It will run about 5x longer than a stock e-cig battery.

The midi and roughstack both use the same 18350 battery and will last about 1.5 times longer per charge than the mini. The main difference between the midi and the roughstack is looks. The roughstack was designed as a "don't worry about scratches and dings" mod, where the midi just looks really nice.

If I were in the market for a smaller sized 3.7 mod, the Midi- Vapestack would be my #1 choice.

Actually, if it could run 6v, I'd buy one today.. lol

The mods at Mad Vapes are IMHO the best deal going right now for 3.7v mods.

The Mini-Vapestack (not to be confused with the Midi) is not longer in production. It ran off of a 880mah 16340 battery. And the RoughStack can actually run at 6 volts. Madvapes offers an extension cap that allows you to use a 3.7v 18650, 2 16340's for 6v, and also 2 18350's for 7.4v. I have this mod and the extension and it works very well. It is ugly and "rough" in appearance as well!

Thanks for your replies.

So, the differences between the batteries is just in the amount of time that they last before recharging? How do the PVs compare to the sm chuck? Anyone have both? Are the switches larger and easier to depress? I have 2 sm chucks and am not too fond of the switches....they are hard on your thumb and can be temperamental. Would you go ahead and get the extention and a an extra switch while ordering?

King_Calculon - How ugly are they? :) You can't tell from the pictures which of the RoughStacks would look the best.....the sand or the rock. The sand looks like it might be tan colored.

Is it that the difference between 3V vs 6V is throat hit. I know that sometimes I have had enough nicotine but I'm still searching for that sensation you get in your throat and lungs from a deep inhale of a menthol cig. Is that what throat hit is? And you get more of this with a 6V?

My extension does not really match the cap. It is a little off center. The finish is dull. That being said, I like the industrial look. And it works fine. 6v vaping is mucg different than 3.7. Many flavors can't hold up... the fruits and desserts in particular can taste a little watered down/washed out. Tobaccos and stronger flavors, on the other hand, really shine at the higher voltage. The vapor production is much better, the throat hit stronger and the juice is used up pretty quickly. I like the higher voltages for some flavors and the lower voltages for others.

The button is very easy to depress. It works great and is not hard on the thumb at all.
