Difference between nautilus and nautilus mini

Hi

I have a nautilus mini and have been using it for three months. Never had any problems with it. Thinking about getting a full size nautilus. Just wondering if it is the same sort of clearomizer and is the only difference the capacity of the tank? Is it more prone to leaking to the mini? Is their a reason I shohld get another mini over the full sized nautilus .

The only difference is the physical size of the tank. The full sized Nautilus holds 5ml of juice.
